Public Records Act Requests
Public records maintained by the California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) are available for inspection by members of the public pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Government Code Sections 6250-6270.

You may submit an anonymous Public Records Act request. Your name and contact, if you provide them, become a public record, and will be disclosed to any member of the public upon request.
