Since CalHFA is not a direct lender, our mortgage products are offered through private lenders who have been approved by our Agency. These lenders can help you find out more about CalHFA’s programs and guide you through the home buying process.

This search will provide a list of all CalHFA-approved lender branch offices. When contacting a lending branch office, be sure to ask for a loan officer who is familiar with CalHFA’s programs. You can also view the Preferred Loan Officer list on the left for direct contact numbers of loan officers.
