Business Development
The Business Development Unit’s main goal is to develop and implement strategies to increase homeownership opportunities by cultivating new lines of business with new and existing business partners. The Business Development Unit can help “Build Your Business” with CalHFA by providing a sales presentation and consultation. This unit also provides policy oversight of the Leads Program. Single Family’s business partners include: lenders, real estate agents, nonprofit organizations, trade organizations, builders, localities, and other government entities.
Many of CalHFA’s Single Family business partners host and sponsor homeownership events such as: housing fairs, large workshops, and conferences. If you would like a CalHFA representative to participate at an event please complete the CalHFA Event Request Form. All requests are subject to staff availability. Our highly knowledgeable staff brings mortgage lending experience to every presentation.
In this section you'll find Leads Program information, calendar of events, request for a speaker form, and marketing materials (downloadable flyers & tools). more info on Business Development>>
