Upcoming Training Schedule

We are pleased to announce that CalHFA's onsite, in-person training registration process will now be administered through Eventbrite. This new system will allow you to add a registered event to your personal calendar, and improve communication and reminders.

CalHFA charges a $15 fee for its in-person regional trainings. Registrations are not transferable. In order to receive a refund, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. Any registration not cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event will forfeit the $15 fee.

We recommend onsite, in-person training for all mortgage professionals. These in-person classes include training on all CalHFA programs, borrower and property eligibility, processing, documentation, income calculations and more.
