Video Library CalHFA Onsite Training Schedule
We are pleased to announce that CalHFA's onsite, in-person training registration process will now be administered through Eventbrite. This new system will allow you to add a registered event to your personal calendar, and improve communication and reminders.
CalHFA charges a $15 fee for its in-person regional trainings. Registrations are not transferable. In order to receive a refund, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. Any registration not cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event will forfeit the $15 fee.
We recommend onsite, in-person training for all mortgage professionals. These in-person classes include training on all CalHFA programs, borrower and property eligibility, processing, documentation, use of the loan scenario calculator and more, plus an emailed certificate of completion at the end of the training.

We will resume as soon as it is safe to do so. Please feel free to utilize our OnDemand Lender Training Videos, Program Handbooks and other resources on the Loan Program Information and Forms & Tools tabs of this website.
